Refunds and Exchanges

We have an exchange only policy.

EXCHANGES ~ We offer exchanges on all of our products except sale items.  For domestic orders the customer must pay for shipping the product back.  BPTee will cover shipping costs for shipping the new product out.  For International orders the customer must cover shipping costs both ways. 

We can not accept items that have been worn or washed for exchange (if it smells like laundry detergent we will not exchange it).

If you bought the item at one of the stores we wholesale to, you will need to go back to them to exchange the item.

When exchanging items, please ship to the address below and include a note stating:
  • Return address
  • Items you are exchanging for (the new size, style, design, color)
  • What platform you  bought the shirt on (Etsy, Amazon, Badpickletees.com etc.)
  • Your Email address
